2、煌上煌江西菜馆
在沈阳市和平区南五马路上,天都饭店的斜对面,有一家煌上煌江西菜馆。原来我一直以为是卖赣味烤鸭、鸭脖什么的,后来有一天,我闲着没事“淘”食,才发现在售货厨窗的后面,竟然是一个半越层的江西风味精品菜馆,上下两层10多张桌。于是连忙找来网友“食客”一个大我两岁的网友,他的吃趣比我要浓,更主要的是他不仅好吃,还善于烹调,我曾到他家品尝过他用花生皮薰制的腊肉,绝对正宗,这是我继金华火腿、四川腊肉、湖南腊肉后吃到的最好的美味。
店主是个中年女老板,介绍了几个江西风味菜肴。我俩一看,很明显,一些菜已经改良,比较适合东北口味,偏咸。她说:味在创新。 不过我们点的四个菜都很不错,南方蔬菜和山珍的组合,口感和在江西吃的差别不大。据介绍煌上煌是全国连锁店,沈阳有沈河区大南街、和平区的三好店、光荣街店、中兴店、大东区的天后宫店。
