在沈陽市和平區南五馬路250-1號,城中花園的南門,春節前新開一家火鍋店。店名很別致,「愛鍋者」養生火鍋店,尤其是那個鍋字,特意呈圓形,遠遠望去就像一個「國」字,難怪我讀成「愛國者」導彈的名字。

過了兩天,我「吃客」和網友「食客」來到此店,兩個人點了該店的招牌菜和火鍋。調料倒是很多種,大約20多種,在大廳里由顧客自己隨意挑,有點像自助,混在一起那味道就分不清了。2個人1頓火鍋還沒喝酒,就花費了130多元,在和眾多火鍋店相比較之下,價格不算便宜。不過望著那顧客滿員的火鍋店,有一種感覺,新店開張火三天,不知道這家店能開多長時間。因為我知道這家店位置的前身曾經是:香港餐廳、名典咖啡、PK堂等,都火過一陣子,後來就無影無蹤了。嚴重建議:趁此店正在興頭上,去吃一頓。
2、煌上煌江西菜館
在沈陽市和平區南五馬路上,天都飯店的斜對面,有一家煌上煌江西菜館。原來我一直以為是賣贛味烤鴨、鴨脖什麼的,後來有一天,我閑著沒事「淘」食,才發現在售貨廚窗的後面,竟然是一個半越層的江西風味精品菜館,上下兩層10多張桌。於是連忙找來網友「食客」一個大我兩歲的網友,他的吃趣比我要濃,更主要的是他不僅好吃,還善於烹調,我曾到他家品嘗過他用花生皮薰制的臘肉,絕對正宗,這是我繼金華火腿、四川臘肉、湖南臘肉後吃到的最好的美味。
店主是個中年女老闆,介紹了幾個江西風味菜餚。我倆一看,很明顯,一些菜已經改良,比較適合東北口味,偏咸。她說:味在創新。 不過我們點的四個菜都很不錯,南方蔬菜和山珍的組合,口感和在江西吃的差別不大。據介紹煌上煌是全國連鎖店,沈陽有瀋河區大南街、和平區的三好店、光榮街店、中興店、大東區的天後宮店。

身邊有挺多朋友挺愛鴨頭、鴨舌、鴨脖的,我兒子就特別喜歡吃武漢的辣鴨脖。經常在飯店看到有的顧客點鴨舌,吃不了打包,還說邊打麻將邊吃。現在沈陽精武鴨脖子小吃挺多的,不過煌上煌是江西那邊的做法,比較干凈,而且不是很辣,鹵味很足。
